Creme de Mos

DESCRIPTION

The Creme de Mos is a beige colored limestone, with medium to gross grain and uniform background. This limestone has quite a compact structure and more hardness than other similar looking Portuguese limestones. Its variations may depend on the background uniformity and the amount of cracks (found specially on lower grades).

This is a common alternative beige limestone to the Moleanos, Rosal or Moca Creme (cross cut).

RECOMMENDED APPLICATIONS

The Creme de Mos is a preferential limestone used on cladding applications. Due to its uniform color and compact structure, it does quite a good job in diverse cladding applications. It is also common to find applications of this limestone on coverings, interior decoration and flooring.
